Tom Council

Tom Council graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a BM and MM in Music Education. He began teaching in Dallas ISD in 1965 and taught high school choir in Dallas and Mesquite, Texas for thirty years. After retirement, he taught composition and vocal techniques part time at the Dallas Arts Magnet High School. He was also a music director in four Dallas churches. His choirs have performed at ACDA and TMEA conventions.
