Returns Policy
The Concordia Publishing House Product Guarantee
We want you to be thoroughly pleased with every purchase. If a product is not satisfactory for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of purchase. Except as noted below, we ask that you return only current products that were purchased directly from CPH and that are in saleable condition. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless it was our error. Some seasonal products may not be returnable.
How to Return Product to CPH
- To expedite the returns process, please retain your packing slip that came with your purchase.
- If the reason for your return is because of a defective product and/or to request a replacement product, please call CPH Customer Service at 1-800-325-3040 for instructions on returning product.
- If you would like to return a purchase for a credit, for a reason other than product defect:
- Referring to the packing slip, please indicate the reason for your return on the options listed on the back of the packing slip;
- Detach/cut the mailing label (bottom right corner on the front of the packing slip) and affix to the package containing your return;
- Include packing slip, indicating the reason for your return in the package.
- Return via a traceable method. Unless product is damaged, customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for return.
- If you do not have the original packing list:
- Include a note to your returns package indicating primary reason for return:

- Changed Mind About Product
- Did Not Use Product

Returns exceptions
- Customized/personalized merchandise may be returned only if CPH made an error or the product is defective. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- VBS Returns: All VBS product must be returned by the first Monday in September.
- NQP (Not-Quite-Perfect), Digital and Downloadable Products: Nonreturnable.
