Overview

Ever since the fall of creation, humanity has had its fair share of sins. No matter humanity's mess-ups, blunders, or stumbles, God has still loved them through it all. That includes you. No matter how badly you think you've sinned, even if you believe it to be beyond forgiveness, you have been redeemed through Christ. God loves you unconditionally. Dan Hoppen takes you through biblical examples of different sins that various biblical characters committed to show that no matter how bad the sin, God still loves His creation.

What Others Are Saying

“Too often, the beloved heroes of the bible are exalted to a saintly standard one should emulate. Yet this task is dangerously self-defeating when Christians ponder the depth of their sin. Author Dan Hoppen pulls down these impossible ideals from their respective pedestals. His conversational style and humorous pop-culture whit make seemingly unrelatable figures more relatable to contemporary readers. Redeemed explores how Christ used these figures despite their failings, as opposed to through their greatness. Similarly, Jesus—the Redeemer—can salvage each of us, no matter how far we feel we’ve fallen down the pit of sin.”

—Rev. Eric T. Eichinger, Senior Pastor, Bethel Lutheran Church, Clearwater, FL

“Dan brings the Word of God and love of Jesus to life through his whimsical and exquisite writing. This book is a novel, Bible study, must-read, and must-share all in one. Each page, illustrations, and application are identifiable and applicable to our lives today. Dan illustrates the truth of the Scriptures as living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword.”

—Rev. Greg S. Griffith, Lead Pastor, King of Kings, Omaha, NE
