Poor Quality Certificates

These unusual certificates have a two-part design, with a high-quality glossy folder and a lower-quality certificate inside. Both are printed in color and are attractive and modern. The certificates-proper are printed on approximately 20-pound paper. When we began to fill one out, the ink immediately spread out in the paper, making the text blurred. No ink we had on hand would produce clean lettering. Since there don't seem to be online template for using a computer to print on these, and since they don't take ink well, they're unusable.
