Mitchell Eithun

Mitchell Eithun (b. 1995) holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science and a minor in music from Ripon College (Ripon, WI) and a M.S. in Computational Mathematics, science and engineering from Michigan State University (East Lansing, MI) and is currently studying at Duke Divinity School where he is a chapel carillonneur. Mitchell served as the director of the Ringers of the Kirk at the First Presbyterian Church of Holt. He is also an alum of the Capital City Ringers (Lansing, MI) and Encore Handbell Ensemble (Oshkosh, WI) and previously taught a summer school music class for children. Along with writing about the history of Christian hymnody, Mitchell works to bring ecumenical liturgical practices to the campus community at MSU through studies and chapel services.
