Adam Francisco

Dr. Francisco is the Director of Academics and Scholar in residence at 1517. In 2006, He earned a DPhil from the University of Oxford. He is a former faculty member and alumnus of Concordia University Irvine’s History and Political Thought department where he served as the department chair from 2015-2019.
