Lance Klamer

Lance Klamer (b. 1983) is the Associate Pastor and Kantor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fowler, Michigan, where he has served since January of 2017. He is a native of Bay City, Michigan and is a grateful alumnus of Lutheran schools, which he attended from preschool through seminary. Lance studied parish music at Concordia University, Nebraska (B.Mus.) and theology at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana (M.Div.). He enjoys composing music for the church and is published through Concordia Publishing House and Northwestern Publishing House. Outside of life in the parish, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their four children, Lydia, Christiana, Carl, and Jakob. He also enjoys riding and tinkering with his three antique farm tractors and using them to give hayrides in the fall.
