Kids dig into the Bible story and lesson with these colorful leaflets. Each week’s Explore Level 2 Student Leaflet, for grades 4–6, takes kids into God’s Word through four sections:
Read – kids read the lesson straight from the Bible
Look – kids take a deeper look at the Bible story through illustrations, articles, and discussion questions
Dig – kids use their Bibles to find answers to review activities
At Home – kids put their faith into action with these life-application activities
Help encourage additional family talk with Explore More Cards. These simple cards feature the realistic artwork from each week’s Bible story, a question or two about the Bible story and how it relates to life today, and an activity for the whole family to do together.
One copy of the Explore Level 2 Student Leaflet is included in each quarter’s Cross Explorations Sunday School Kit. Additional copies can be ordered for each student.
The thirteen New Testament Bible stories covered in the Jesus Dies and Rises to Save Us quarter are:

About Cross Explorations
Cross Explorations is a large group/small group Sunday School program for grades 1–6 that takes kids through the Bible in three years. This mixed-style Bible learning experience—similar to a site-rotation program—is perfect for teaching kids and their parent the same Bible story in age-appropriate ways so family can grow in faith together.
Cross Explorations provides more material than a typical Sunday School can use in a one-hour time slot. The flexible format lets you pick and choose what works best for your Sunday School volunteers and kids.
Cross Explorations can also be used as a midweek or family program.
