Erkki Koskenniemi

Erkki Koskenniemi (b. 1956) is a Finnish pastor and Biblical scholar with expertise in Classical antiquity and early Judaism. His published works include The Old Testament Miracle-Workers in Early Judaism (2005), The Exposure of Infants among Jews and Christians in Antiquity (2009), and Greek Writers and Philosophers in Philo and Josephus (2019). Over several decades, he taught the Bible to both adults and youth before retiring in 2022. Marja and Erkki Koskenniemi have five sons and twelve grandchildren.
