Based on Acts 8:26-40, Philip meets and baptizes an Ethiopian man along a desert road.

On his way from a trip to Jerusalem, an Ethiopian man was reading the Bible. Though he believed, he couldn’t understand what it meant. God sent Philip along his path to run into the man and explain the text. That day, the Ethiopian man believed Jesus was his Savior and Philip baptized him in a river along the road.
