Overview Bible Word Sudoku offers over 50 word puzzles to help teach the vocabulary of the Bible to students in a wide range of ages and abilities, from third grade all the way to high school. This book provides puzzles in varying degrees of difficulty to appeal to a broad readership. Each of the puzzles in this collection uses the traditional sudoku format, but in place of numbers, uses letters that make up a Bible word. Each of the pages includes a Bible verse with a missing word that is identified as the student completes the puzzle.
If you choose to use this book in the classroom, these puzzles can supplement any religion or language arts curriculum. Assign sudoku puzzles for extra credit, or use in conjunction with memory work.
