These choral settings of Psalms 25, 50, 67, and 92 were composed by Joseph Haydn originally for different psalms. Christopher L. Webber has selected and paraphrased these Psalms to fit with the lectionaries and more closely align with the original text. These settings, edited by Mark Bighley and for SAB a cappella choir work well for Transfiguration B, Advent, Epiphany, Lent, Palm Sunday, Easter, and other Sundays after Pentecost. These settings are extremely versatile and generally easy to sing.
