This study aims to encourage women as they see that the Lord is with them through life's challenges.
(6 Sessions) You and Me, Lord aims to support and encourage women as they see that the Lord is with them as they face the challenges of life in the light of God's Word.
Bible study participants will
Look at some of the broken strands that may occur in their lives and trace them back to their beginnings
Turn to the Lord to heal the brokenness in their lives
Use the strategies Jesus modeled to renew and refresh themselves
Trust in God’s promises to sustain them
Look to God’s empowering love in Christ to enable them to be vessels of forgiveness and healing among those whose lives they touch
Look at life through Gods eyes, trusting his power and faithfulness
Be committed to and excited about service, as Jesus was
Each of the six session is organized around the following themes: pardon for the past power for the present and promise for the future. The session titles are:
You and me, Lord, as I experience brokenness caused by sin!
You and me, Lord, as I become physically tired!
You and me, Lord, as I become emotionally drained!
You and me, Lord, as I become spiritually challenged!
You and me, Lord, as I seek new opportunities to serve You!
You and me, Lord, as I celebrate relationships blessed by You!
