Partners in Learning 2 is the second book in the Partners in Learning series. This unique family approach to the confirmation experience features activities, mentoring questions, and skits to involve parents (or mentors) in their child's confirmation preparation.
Based on Luther's Six Chief Parts of the Catechism, the Table of Duties, and Daily Prayers, this resource emphasizes Bible truths, doctrine, and life application, leading students to a greater understanding of their faith.
The Partners in Learning 2 Leader Guide provides lesson outlines, learning activities, and real-life stories to help catechetical instructors strengthen their relationship with students and parents. This curriculum can be used in a variety of settings--traditional instruction, small group instruction, or one-on-one.
Partners in Learning and Partners in Learning 2 can be used as a complete two-year confirmation program.
Partners in Learning 1 and 2 both teach the catechism in 35 sessions in the same organizational scheme. All activities, stories, and ideas are different between the two volumes. Partners in Learning 2 offers skits, still moments and reader's theater activities in the faith connections portion of the lessons.
