10 Vital Conversations for Supporting Church Workers,” a booklet by The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, is designed to facilitate conversations about the many ways in which a congregation can support its church workers’ wellness.
For each of the conversations, this booklet is intended to guide a small group composed of both lay leaders and church workers through a study of Scripture and its application to an aspect of church worker wellness. Ultimately, it leads the group toward developing a strategic response in support of the workers.
The conversations address a wide range of often-overlooked wellness topics, including physical, financial, emotional and spiritual, through a biblical lens.
