Mailing program sets consist of custom, individually addressed offering envelopes; one for each Sunday of the month, plus any special collection envelopes you choose. Sets will be mailed directly to members’ homes using Third Class non-profit mail. These sets are packaged in a window mailer envelope. You will choose a Postal endorsement to determine how your undeliverable envelope sets will be handled.

Special occasion envelopes increase contributions for your church’s special occasions. These colorful and vivid envelopes help increase your congregation’s awareness of special funds and days. You may choose from our preprinted selections or design your own. Envelopes may be shipped in bulk or inserted into your members’ boxed sets or mailing program packages.
Request sets for new members on Monday after they join on Sunday. Sets will be mailed to members’ homes by Thursday so they will have offering envelopes to use the Sunday after they join. A great way to help members follow through with their contribution commitment.
Communicate with members economically! Pastoral letters may be printed on church letterhead and sent to us for insertion into sets or we can reproduce your church’s letterhead on white paper in black ink and insert it into sets.
