Subscribing Using Microsoft Outlook

If your computer has an active Internet connection, you can "subscribe" to the calendar, and any changes made to the calendar will be automatically reflected within Microsoft Outlook each time you connect to the Internet. The following steps were written for Outlook 2007, and the process may vary depending on your version of Outlook. Use Outlook's Help system for more information.

1. In the Tools menu, click on the command labeled Account Settings...

6. Click Close to exit the Account Settings dialog.

7. After your next Send and Receive operation, the calendar will appear in the Calendar task under the header Other Calendars. You can then view the calendar whenever you like. When subscribing to the calendar, you may not make any changes to the appointments.
