(5 Sessions) As Lutherans interact with other Christians, they often struggle to explain their beliefs and practices. Although they may have learned the "what" of Lutheran doctrines, they do not always understand the "why." Based on God's Word as faithfully reflected in the Lutheran Confessions, this study will help you to state clearly what you believe.

Author info: Bret Taylor is assistant professor of mathematics and chair of the Natural Science Division at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. He is completing his Ph.D. in mathematics education from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia.

The Lutheran Difference series identifies how Lutherans differ from other Christian denominations and shows from the Bible why Lutherans differ. If you are a Lutheran, these studies will prepare you to share your faith. If you are not a Lutheran, they will help you to understand the Lutheran difference.
