Robert Papp
As a child, one of Robert Papp's greatest pleasures was drawing his favorite superheroes, so it is not surprising that he grew up to be an illustrator. His award-winning artwork has been upgraded from the refrigerator to covers of books and magazines. He has produced hundreds of illustrations for major publishers across the US. From romance novels to children’s books, Papp seeks to make each piece of art special. Formally trained under renowned illustrator, Peter Caras, he learned the craft of making a book cover into a work of art. From picture books to cover art, Papp has had the pleasure of working with Sleeping Bear Press, Penguin, Scholastic, Random House, Simon and Schuster, St. Martin’s Press, Harper Collins, Universal Studios as well as American Girl. Today, he lives in historic Bucks County, PA with his artist wife, Lisa, and their orange cat, Taffy. |
