Singing the Faith invites the listener/viewer to discover God’s Word proclaimed in a rich heritage of music that faithfully confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

A production of the Good Shepherd Institute of Pastoral Theology and Sacred Music, this 80-minute DVD offers a 4-week study of the history of Lutheran congregational song as taught by Christopher Boyd Brown, Kevin J. Hildebrand, Martin Jean, Robin Leaver, Richard C. Resch, Carl F. Schalk, Stephen P. Starke, and Daniel Zager.

The DVD also features performances by Martin Jean, The Bach Vespers Choir of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and Craig Cramer.

The package includes a 32 page teacher’s guide and reproducible classroom handouts.
